Growing up in Miami-Dade County as a woman of Haitian and Bahamian descent has given me deep roots in this community and a genuine understanding of the diverse challenges families face here. That connection to my community, combined with my passion for education and empowerment, has shaped every step of my career journey.

My decade of experience in schools has involved group facilitation, courtroom advocacy, tutoring and mentoring, all of which have enhanced my understanding of what young people and their families really need to succeed.

Through my graduate studies, I’ve expanded my expertise to include domestic violence, victim advocacy and working with individuals with disabilities. I’m also bilingual and fluent in Creole, which allows me to connect with clients in their preferred language.

What drives me most is my passion for helping people become self-sufficient and emotionally stable. I believe everyone has the potential for growth and positive change and I’m committed to providing the support and tools that help make that happen.

My personal life keeps me grounded and connected to what matters most. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and together we’re raising three beautiful children. When I’m not working or giving back to the community, you’ll find me practicing liturgical dancing, exploring new cuisines or spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also hoping to learn calligraphy someday – there’s something appealing about the patience and precision it requires.
