I have had the pleasure of studying mental health counseling for over 2 years and have learned to be a solutions-based person-centered counselor. My patients would hopefully work with me to achieve their goals. Creating an environment where they can express themselves and find solutions to their concerns is my goal. I am currently able to provide treatment remotely or in person and work with all ages. I speak fluent English and Spanish if a preference is had.
I am most experienced in working with adolescents and children with autism, ADHD, and ODD. This has led to my capability in behavioral techniques and skills. As a result, my strengths are presented through my patience, person-centered approaches, and establishing effective rapport with my clients.
I can attend to clients without insurance which is one of the biggest obstacles for pursuing mental health treatment. It brings me great pleasure that I can provide that option for others. I believe I can make other individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves and their feelings. I am kind, intuitive, patient, a great listener, and present! So please do not hesitate to contact me.
While away from work I am most likely to be playing sports (Pickleball and soccer, video games, movies, spending time with friends and family, or attending sporting events.
I would like patients to know that I am passionate about learning about others. Helping anyone willing to receive help and attain goals in their daily lives.
“She knew all my little peccadillos. People call these things "imperfections," but they're not. That's the good stuff. And then we get to choose who we let into our weird little worlds.”
-Robin Williams (Good Will Hunting)
